By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you:

  • •Additional products as they become available

Each product can be fully branded and deployed for partner businesses under their own domain and identity.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our orders. Paddle provides all transaction-related customer service and handles returns.

All payments are processed securely through Paddle. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle as required by law.

6.3 Free Trials

If a free trial is offered:

  • •Your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel
  • •You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge

8.2 Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UCN APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UCN Apps and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UCN Apps regarding the Service.

13.2 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms by posting updated Terms on the Service and notifying you by email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

13.3 Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

13.4 Waiver

Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

13.5 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
