We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding cancellations and refunds for subscriptions and services purchased through UCN Apps.

1. Overview

UCN Apps offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled through our support team and processed by Paddle.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

2.1 Eligibility

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to:

  • New monthly subscriptions
  • New annual subscriptions
  • First-time purchases of any plan

2.2 How to Request

To request a refund within the 30-day guarantee period:

Include your account email and the reason for the request (optional). Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

2.3 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times depend on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days after approval).

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to the service until the billing period ends
  • No partial-month refunds after the 30-day guarantee period

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your annual subscription at any time
  • If cancelled within the 30-day guarantee period: full refund
  • If cancelled after 30 days: prorated refund for remaining unused full months
  • You retain access until the end of the paid period

Cancellation requests are processed within 2 business days.

4. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered:

  • No payment is required during the trial period
  • You will not be charged unless you choose to continue
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge
  • If you do not cancel, your subscription begins at the end of the trial period and the 30-day guarantee applies from that date

5. Partner / White-Label Services

5.1 Setup Fees

One-time setup fees for partner/white-label services are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the branded app is deployed (typically within 7-14 days of signup). Once the app has been deployed and configured, setup fees are non-refundable.

5.2 Partner Subscriptions

Ongoing partner subscription fees follow the same cancellation and refund policies described above.

5.3 Partner Agreement

For full details on partner terms, please refer to the partnership agreement provided during onboarding.

6. Exceptions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial months of service after the 30-day guarantee period (monthly plans)
  • Service interruptions caused by factors outside our control (force majeure)
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Services already fully consumed or utilized

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or abusive.

7. Paddle — Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our orders. This means:

  • Paddle processes all payments and refunds
  • Paddle handles transaction-related customer service
  • Refund requests submitted to Paddle directly will be redirected to our support team
  • All refund transactions will appear on your statement as "PADDLE* UCNAPPS" or similar
